All of these complete the experience and turn an already incredible game into a masterpiece, now with enough to content to last you a few months. In addition, there are many new multiplayer maps, five playable nations and an extended array of new weapons, vehicles and various other items. Hence, you can enjoy a variety of new skirmishes, which are perfect for multiplayer sessions against your friends, or just to put your tactics to the test versus a pretty competent AI. Although it does not address too many technical issues, nor does it toy with the mechanics that brought it worldwide success, it does feature a lot of new content, most of which is thrown together from multiple DLCs released after the game hit the shelves.

Although many might jump at the opportunity to write the obituary for the strategy genre nowadays, given the sudden rise of MOBAs, casual mechanics and lack of depth, there are still plenty of studios out there filling in this particular need, such is the case with the highly-acclaimed Men of War series.
